Robbin Rae Baker

Event & Party Specialist and Artist

Hi! I'm Robbin Rae Baker and I've been in the fundraising and events planning business for more than 15 years.

The idea for the Mad Hatter Party Company came about when I realized that many people simply do not enjoy planning social events. Those who do often do not have the time to devote to the details necessary for a fantastic party. Unfortunately that means the party or event is less successful than they expected and they don't enjoy what should be a fun and memorable experience.

My experience is diverse, including planning annual dinners and brunches for 300-1000 hospital donors, health fairs, Seattle's Bark in the Park/PAWSwalk, large charity auctions, small BBQ's, weddings and wedding receptions, and baby showers. I've also done extensive event hosting and media relations & have appeared on many local TV news programs & radio.

I can help you through any or all of the event planning process: location scouting, finding a caterer, self-catering, rentals & set-up. Planning all the little details can be made so much easier with an experienced event planner by your side.

Great parties, even weddings, don't have to be expensive. You just need to know how to plan, how to find a bargain, and how to do more for less. I can help you do all that.

You should be able to relax and enjoy your event! Not go mad planning it.

... so you can enjoy your party and not go mad!

Gala auctions need special hosts! Here are two generous hosts with me at Wild Night 2000 - KMTT's John Fisher & Evening Magazine's John Curley.

2001 Bark in the Park/PAWSwalk - this annual event for animal lovers raises more than $150,000 and is attended by 5,000 people - plus their dogs!
